SNEEK – Bewoners van een woning aan het Kleinzand hebben dinsdagmiddag de brandweer gealarmeerd voor een gaslek.
Het is al de tweede dag oprij voor de bewoners dat ze een gaslucht ruiken in een van de slaapkamers van de woning. Met dat verschil dat het vandaag vele malen erger begon te stinken. Omdat ze de situatie niet vertrouwden alarmeerden ze de brandweer.
De spuitgasten van IJlst waren snel ter plaatse en sloten de straat af voor verkeer. De brandweer is met ademlucht de woning binnen gegaan. In de woning zijn metingen verricht en is de gaskraan dicht gedraaid. Netbeheerder Liander is ter plaatse gekomen om de situatie verder op te lossen. De bewoners wisten tijdig de woning te verlaten en raakten niet gewond.
